Our pricing reflects on different variables such as whether you are looking for a complete clearing, or only needing selective clearing done. Other factors also include the size and density of your trees or brush, terrain, soil conditions, and also location of the property and how far our machines need to travel. 3B does not have a set in stone pricing because we refuse to charge the same for people who have completely different land clearing needs. Someone with small brush and limited trees just will not be charged the same as someone with thick brush and large trees. 3B also likes to charge by the hour. This way our customers are paying to get their true dollar amount of work completed. 

On average, for low density our forestry mulcher can cover 2-3 acres in an 8 hours day, and with all factors removed cost begin at $135 per hour depending on which land clearing services are needed. A 4 hour minimum is required for our machines to run.
